Reporting & Job Location

You will report to the CEO of Neuralk and will be located in our Paris offices at Station F.

Mission Highlights

As a Business Developer, your primary objective will be to sign deals with clients and drive revenue growth for Neuralk-AI. You will take full ownership of our client acquisition strategy, building and managing a robust pipeline of prospects to secure partnerships with key players, particularly in the Retail sector. Beyond closing deals, you will play a strategic role in identifying high-impact opportunities, optimizing our sales processes, and laying the groundwork for scalable growth.

This role requires a balance of execution and strategy. You’ll be responsible for implementing the right tools and workflows to streamline business development while collaborating with the tech team to ensure our AI solutions address client needs. As an integral part of Neuralk-AI’s growth trajectory, your ability to work autonomously, think commercially, and consistently deliver results will be essential to our success.

Role & responsibilities

  • Define the acquisition strategy: Analyze market opportunities, identify key segments (especially Retail), and create a go-to-market plan.
  • Client acquisition and relationship building: Identify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and establish trust-based partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Product feedbacks: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and expectations to tailor solutions and maximize satisfaction.
  • Set up tools and processes: Select and implement CRM tools, design efficient workflows, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with our tech team to align client needs with our AI solutions.
  • Drive autonomy and excellence: Take ownership of sales and business development, working independently while delivering exceptional results.

Profile

  • Experience: At least 5-7 years in business development, sales, or related roles in a tech/SaaS B2B environment, with a preference for Retail expertise.
  • Technical acumen: Ability to understand and explain AI/ML solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: A self-starter who can define and execute a comprehensive strategy with minimal guidance. Appetite to explore, implement new ideas and innovate. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling pitches and presentations. Fluency in English and French is mandatory (both written and spoken).
  • Driven and committed: A highly motivated individual with a "make it happen" attitude, fully dedicated to growing the company and ensuring its success.
