We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and highly driven Chief of Staff to work alongside our CEO, playing a key role in scaling Neuralk-AI and preparing for our next funding round.

This is a highly transversal role covering the following areas:

  • Sales – Contribute to prospecting efforts, engage in sales discussions, and support the creation of commercial proposals.
  • Strategic Communication – Showcase our models’ performance through articles and enhance our website with concrete customer use cases.
  • Fundraising – Prepare all necessary materials for an ambitious second funding round by the end of 2025, including financial documents, sales pipeline, and pitch deck, while identifying and engaging the most relevant investors.
  • Strategic Leadership – Prepare analytics for and participate in high-level strategic discussions with the founders to help guide the project and ensure it’s aligned with our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the company’s priority initiatives to accelerate Neuralk-AI’s growth and enhance your own learning curve within a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to identify and prioritize new markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities to accelerate the company's growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform business strategy and product development.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential VP Data profiles to build a strong prospect pipeline
  • Contribute to outreach initiatives to connect with Chief Data Officers and Chief Digital Officers from target market groups, driving discussions around Neuralk-AI’s solutions.
  • Collaborate on the creation of compelling sales proposals and assist in advancing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and content for outreach and engagement (ex: commercial proposals, website, newsletter, Synthesis of the board)
  • Set up and manage operational workflows to automate operational process (e.g. candidate sourcing, data scraping processes, etc)
  • Source new suppliers and tools to answer operational needs of the company
  • Assist CEO in the preparation of board meetings with investors
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide data-driven insights to help guide critical business decisions.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, supporting both founders across various initiatives and projects, Help organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Design and maintain robust tracking and reporting tools to ensure clear visibility on business operations
  • Compile and present monthly progress summaries, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement in business development efforts.
  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives, such as enhancing Neuralk-AI's online presence, organizing events, or piloting new tools to support growth.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a top engineering and/or business school (X, CentraleSupélec, Mines, Ponts, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, or similar).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling pitches and presentations - Fluency in English and French is mandatory (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interest in AI, startups, and business development - Ability to understand and explain AI/ML solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales development.
  • Highly motivated, Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Based in Paris, France.
