Neuralk-AI is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Solution Architect to drive the successful adoption and integration of our AI embedding platform with early customers. As a Solution Architect, you will be an essential bridge between our technology and client needs, ensuring smooth deployment, customization, and support throughout the customer journey.

You will report to the CSO of Neuralk and will be based in our Paris offices.

Mission Highlights

As a Solution Architect, your mission is to drive the successful integration of Neuralk-AI products within customer infrastructures. You will be involved from the pre-sale stage to post-implementation, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to client needs and providing ongoing support. This role also involves close collaboration with our R&D team to develop features that address customer requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale & Sales Activities:
  • Conduct calls with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Lead qualification discussions to identify prospects who would benefit most from our solutions.
  • Partner with the sales team to drive the sales pipeline, offering technical expertise and insights.
• Product Implementation & Integration:
  • Guide and support customers in deploying Neuralk-AI’s embedding platform into their infrastructure.
  • Work closely with clients to customize models and ensure a seamless integration process.
  • Assist clients with technical stack integration, guaranteeing an optimal user experience.
  • Regularly collaborate with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Design and implement new product features that meet the needs of multiple customers.
• Customer Success & Support:
  • Ensure customers are maximizing the value of Neuralk-AI’s solutions.
  • Provide post-deployment support, quickly resolving any issues that arise.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and collect feedback.
  • Propose and implement optimizations or new features based on customer insights.

Profile

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting roles in machine learning or AI systems.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for real-world use.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills and familiarity with software development best practices. Experience with front-end interfaces and integration processes is a plus.
• AI Product Design: Experience in translating customer feedback into product features and improvements.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and ensure their successful completion.
• Communication Skills: Capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for diverse audiences (in English and French).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Expertise

• Solution Architecture: Deep understanding of architecting scalable, maintainable, and performant AI solutions.
• Embedding Models: Experience in leveraging embedding techniques to extract value from structured data.
• Programming & Integration: Proficient in Python and familiar with key AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and containerization.
• Data Management: Strong background in handling structured data, including experience with various database systems and data processing tools.‍
• Cloud Platforms: Proven expertise in deploying and managing solutions on major cloud platforms, with experience in setting up scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure.
